Customer: Environmental Protection Bureau of a Certain City in Shandong Province
Materials: Waste leather, waste textiles, wood, etc
Output: 20
Application: Co-firing in incinerators
Project Overview
The local leather processing industry is well-developed, but the waste leather, waste textiles and other waste products generated during the processing have caused serious environmental pollution problems, frequently becoming the focus of media exposure and public complaints. For this reason, the government shut down and integrated over a hundred related enterprises, resulting in a significant decline in the annual output value. To break through the constraints of industrial solid waste on economic development, the local government has launched a resource utilization project, aiming to achieve a win-win situation for economic development and environmental protection.
In this project, industrial solid waste is transported to the garbage storage pit at the project site by garbage collection and transportation vehicles. Then, the materials are conveyed to the double-shaft crusher by the crane grab bucket and crushed into particles of 150-200mm. The crushed materials are transported to the storage pit through the discharge chute and mixed with the sludge for co-firing treatment.
Customer feedback
Since the project was launched, all related equipment has been in good operating condition. Especially the double-shaft crusher, its performance is outstanding. The size of the crushed materials is stable between 150mm and 200mm, which fully meets our usage requirements. This not only ensures the smooth progress of the subsequent mixing and co-firing processes, but also significantly enhances the efficiency and stability of the entire processing flow. We are very satisfied with this and would like to express our special gratitude to the project team for their professional efforts in equipment selection and maintenance, especially the outstanding contributions of the XX department in equipment commissioning and daily maintenance. Such equipment performance and operational effectiveness undoubtedly lay a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of the project. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the regular maintenance and optimization of the equipment to ensure its continuous and efficient operation.
